Wilhelm Friedemann Bach (November 22, 1710 – July 1, 1784), eldest son of [a=Johann Sebastian Bach], was a German composer and musician who was considerably less influential than his younger brother [a=Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach] due to his troubled personality and erratic career. [a=Johann Christian Bach] is another of his younger brothers, who was also a composer.
