Lieutenant-Colonel Richard Annison ‘Dick’ Ridings, OBE, ARCM, psm (1929-2008), served as Director of Music, Coldstream Guards from 1974 to 1985, rising to the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. He died on 22 September 2008 at Kimberley, Nottinghamshire.
