Gil Saunders

Gil Saunders (born 1952 - died February 4, 2021) was an American soul singer who came to fame as lead singer with Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes. Saunders left the Blue Notes in the mid-90s and progressed to a solo career, not long before Melvin’s untimely death in 1997 at age 57.
