Noël Balen

Noël Balen is a writer and musician born in 1959. During his studies at the Faculty of Hispanic Literature in Toulouse, he was hired as a bassist and double bassist in ballroom orchestras in the Southwest, before setting down his instruments in the shadows of the recording studios.
