The Prophets

Roots reggae harmony trio, founded in 1972 by [a=Vivian Jackson] (aka [a=Yabby You]) ; additional personnel at various times included [a=Alric Forbes], [a=Dada Smith], [a=Bobby Melody] and [a=the Ralph Brothers]), They made their single debut with [i]Conquering Lion[/i], a classically styled reggae song with a personal message. They made a few more singles and all appeared on Jackson's debut album [i]Conquering Lion[/i].
