Chuck Cockerham

Chuck was recruited in 1966 as lead vocalist for [a=CC & The Souls], singing a cover of Leon Heywood's "It’s Got To Be Mellow", but he is best known for his 1969 Bell / Mala juggernaut soul anthem "Have I Got A Right". After a brief solo career, Chuck mostly resided as a stalwart anchor member of Bill Pinkney’s [a=The Original Drifters].
