English tenor, conductor and teacher Born: 21st March 1935 Wellington, Shropshire, England Died: 19th January 2022 Co-founder of [a=Studio Der Frühen Musik] in 1960 with [a=Thomas Binkley], [a=Andrea von Ramm] and [a=Sterling Jones (2)] and founded [a=Ensemble Chiaroscuro] in 1979. Professor of classical singing at the Royal College of Music in London from 1978 - 2000.
