Martin Shaer

British-Canadian singer, songwriter, producer, A&R manager and record company owner. Owner of record label [l=Top Hat International Music Inc.] In 1977 he was nominated for a Juno Award as producer of the year and shortly afterwards he severed his relationship with [a=Sweeney Todd] and became manager of [l=Little Mountain Sound Studios]' newly launched A&R division [l=Panda Record Co. Ltd.] and publisher [l=Rare Bear Music].
