Eduardo Benavente

Spanish drummer, guitar player, singer and composer. Born October, 30th, 1962, died May 14th, 1983. Brother of [a1351760].He started his musical career very young in Plastico, later in Escaparantes an finally in 1980 as drummer in "Alaska y los Pegamoides". In 1981 he founded a parallel band with [a679124], "Parálisis Permanente", a gothic band pioneer in Spain. He left "Alaska" and remained as leader (vocals and guitar) of the new band with his girlfriend [a662438], until his death in a car crash in 1983.
