Chou Wen-chung

Chou Wen-chung (born June 29, 1923, Chefoo (now Yantai), China - died October 25, 2019) was a Chinese-American composer and educator. He emigrated in 1946 to the United States and received his music training at the New England Conservatory and Columbia University. In 1949 Chou met the late [a32187], became his pupil and friend, and later served as his literary executor.
