Bassist for Houston, Texas band Carolyn Wonderland And The Imperial Monkeys and drummer for the roots rock band Jug O’Lightnin’. King was also one of the contributors to Michael Haaga’s album The Plus And Minus Show. King largely retired from music after suffering a head injury in a car wreck in December 2007.
