Hideo Kobayashi

A Japanese techno/house DJ and producer. Having played classical piano since the age of 4, at the age of 10 Kobayashi discovered techno pop which inspired him. Five years later, he began recording tracks he composed with a synthesizer, a sequencer and a rhythm machine and started performing live at the local clubs. He debuted his techno project [a=Lotus (6)] in 1995. In 1999, he visited San Francisco where he was introduced to West Coast house music and exposed to its club culture. As a DJ, he has been playing at club events all over the world, including the US, Belgium, Italy, Ibiza, Malaysia, and of course Japan.
