Dr. Thiessen

American/Dutch missionary, born in 1906 into a missionary family on the island of Sumatra in western Indonesia, died in 1986. Next to his international missionary work, his real life stories about foreign people and exotic animals earned him a story-teller reputation amongst kids. First introduced by [a2514557], he went on to record a series of concept albums in collaboration with [a2089449] and her [a3805236].
