Larry Howard

American guitarist. At the age of 14 he had the opportunity to play with Count Basie at the University Of Miami music school for six weeks. In the early 70's, together with [a=Joe Dan Petty], [a=Dru Lombar], and [a=Rick Burnett], Larry formed the band [a=Grinderswitch]. In an effort to get off of drugs Larry quit Grinderswitch in 1979. He became a christian in 1980 and started a career in christian music in the early 80's.
