The Union Gospel

The Union Gospel is a project centered around the music of songwriters Dejha Colantuono and Mike Squires, tapping the energy and heritage of crucial icons and musical masterpieces of Classic Rock. Together, Dejha and Mike created more than an album’s worth of material and performed in a video-documented series in the New York subway, aptly titled The Subway Series. The band’s full-length album, co-produced with acclaimed Producer and Engineer Martin Feveyear and featuring seasoned players such as Joe “Bass” Skyward, Jeff Wood, Jonny Cragg, and Eric Corson, will be released by Dejha’s company Mad Meow Music on March 28th, 2020 as a vinyl LP. The powerful songwriting duo behind The Union Gospel continues to collaborate and their work has become part of the passionate repertoire of Dejha’s live performances.
