Soviet and Russian music producer, singer, disc jockey, showman, TV presenter, general producer, public figure. He is best known for the hits "Шпана" (1990) and "Санта Лючия" (1991). He was a music producer for [a=Мистер Малой] (1994-1999), [a=Евгений Осин] (1996-1997), [a=Стрелки] (1997-2004) and [a=Вирус!] (1999-2004). Author and host of the show program "Igor's Pop Show" at the Luzhniki Palace of Sports, Moscow (1990-1994), director of the Jump disco at the Druzhba Multipurpose Arena, Moscow (1992-1994).
