Derek Trucks

Derek Trucks, born June 8, 1979 in Jacksonville, FL, USA, is an American guitarist and songwriter, founder of the Grammy Award-winning [a=The Derek Trucks Band] and nephew of the late [a=Butch Trucks]. He became an official member of [a=The Allman Brothers Band] in 1999. In 2010 he formed the [a=Tedeschi Trucks Band] with his wife (since Dec. 5, 2001), blues singer/guitarist [a=Susan Tedeschi].
