Chris Simpson

Folk singer and guitarist from Yorkshire Dales (UK). Before becoming a musician, he had experienced a wide range of jobs, including butcher's boy, millhand, postman, farm worker, and post-mortem assistant. He started playing the guitar at London University, where he met [a=Lyell Tranter] and [a=Glen Stuart], with whom he founded [a=Magna Carta]. He is the frontman and main songwriter of the band. He was married to [a1127185], who also played with Magna Carta in a later line-up.
