David Arnsberger

One of the original members and vocalists in Austin, Texas comedy rock band Uranium Savages and the founder of Austin's Spamarama. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Houston, Texas, Arnsberger moved to Austin, Texas in 1972. Originally part of the band Uranium Clods, which joined with members of Sons Of Coyote to form The Gypsy Savages, then Uranium Savages in 1974. Arnsberger performed with Uranium Savages through the 1970s and 1980s, often as progressive country parody character Sweathog Moron/Roadhog Moron. Arnsberger left the band in the 1990s and moved to Colorado in 1998. He is now a radio host in Austin.
