Craig MacFarlane

Canadian born athlete, musician and book author, has been blind since the age of two. Considered by some to be the world's greatest blind athlete, MacFarlane has earned 130 medals in various sports, including wrestling, downhill skiing at nearly 60 mph, water skiing and track and field. Music is his passion, though. He has mastered 11 instruments, including clarinet, saxophone and keyboards. Back in 1992 he teamed up with fellow Canadian artists [a298786], [a186246] and a bunch of other respected names in the AOR rock scene and recorded an album, [r11540783], which he wanted to title "Craig MacFarlane Hasn't Heard of You Either", ''but the record company overruled me'' he said.
