Stewart Cameron

Stewart "Stew" Cameron was a Scottish-born Canadian story teller, folk singer, and multi-instrumentalist. Born in Scotland 1947, grew up in Ajax before moving to Toronto and later to Sudbury. Host of the folk music show "Northern Lights" on Sudbury Community Television (Cable 7) in 1984, and recipient of Festival Boreal's first "[a=Jackie Washington (2)] Award". Father of [a=Moira Cameron] &‎ [a=Duncan Cameron (4)]. Born 1947, Scotland; died June 1989, Sudbury, Ontario.
