The Scarlets

Danish band formed 1963 as backing band for [a=Johnny Reimar] who had just left [a692606]. The first line up was: [a1003859] (el-b, vo), [a4030247] (p, org, vo), [a2903106] (lead-g), [a3942041] (dm). The band performed both with and without Reimar. and where a.o. inspired by [a=Johnny & The Hurricanes]. After sitting in the the band at times sisters [a961146] became regular members in 1965 when also Kaj Chritsensen was replaced by Leif Larsen. The band broke up in March 1967, but regrouped later. Friis, Larsen and Larsen formed "Guys & Dolls" that went on to record a single 7". [a1003859] and [a3942041] would later co form [a2434489].
