Ingrid Blue

Painter. Scenic Artist. Musician. Ingrid has been a professional fine artist for nearly two decades. Her personal work has been exhibited in galleries, cafes and nightclubs all over the country. She works in a variety of styles and has created CD covers and posters for several musical acts as well as t-shirt designs. Ingrid's band, Trance to the Sun, has released seven albums and toured the U.S. five times. They are currently working on their eighth album, the recently recorded Via Subterranea, set to come out this year. As a Scenic Artist she has worked with some of the top Set Designers in the country. She finds the strange working hours of set painting and the excitement of the range of characters she has worked with in theater thrilling. She is a hardworking, exacting and innovative painter. She likes creating things, lime popsicles, ghost stories, whiskey, reading too many books, and conversations that keep you up all night.
