Born William Edward Elgin Lewis and originally known professionally as [i]Ted Lewis[/i], he legally changed his name to Duris Maxwell in 1970. Born June 15, 1946 in East York, Ontario. Died November 25, 2020 in Sechelt, British Columbia.
