Luigi 21 Plus

Hiram David Santos Rojas, known in the regueton genre as Luigi 21 Plus, born April 27, 1977 in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. Luigi has always been passionate about hip hop music and regueton since its beginnings. At the age of 20 he discovers his ability to improvise and write songs and since then begins his start in this genre. What started out as a hobby ended up being his passion for writing and composing different artists until in 2006 he decided to compose the theme Libertad and be the voice of that theme.
