Lucio Manca

Lucio Manca (Cagliari, 17 March 1987) is a italian bassist and composer. His first solo album “Everybody Needs An Angel” is concept album an entirely instrumental and was distributed by the Austrian label Noisehead Records. In addition to Moses Concas he has collaborated live and studio with various bands: Solid Vision, Exorcism, Raven Lord, Jaded Star, Dogmathica, Tamurita but also Pino Scotto, Tony Esposito in live performances. He also worked with guitarists Joe Stump and Brian Maillard. Lucio Manca's musical influences range across different genres and styles. In musical projects he has experimented with fusion, progressive rock and world music, incorporating elements from different musical traditions. Some of his inspirations include artists such as Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller and Steve DiGiorgio. In 2016 his second solo album "An old man's sad Story" was released and in 2020 his third album "Third outline of a new Beginning".
