Chuck Billy

Chuck Billy is the vocalist of the US-based thrash metal band Testament. He joined the group when they were still known as Legacy at the suggestion of the band's former singer, [a=Steve Souza]. Billy and Souza both perform with the band Dublin Death Patrol which includes Chuck's brothers Andy and Eddie Billy.
