Mark Poitras

Multi-instrumentalist musician and songwriter, based in Austin, Texas since 2002. Among other bands, Poitras is the keyboardist and vibraphone player in prog rock band Proud Peasant and guitarist and composer in jazz-pop group The Organic Mechanics. From 2003 to 2006, Poitras toured the country playing vibes, guitar, and percussion with the instrumental group Collect All Five. From 2008 to 2009, he toured with singer-songwriter Elizabeth Wills. He heads the company MP Songcraft, which specializes in music composition and production for film, television, websites, podcasts, video games and other various types of video and multimedia projects.
