Lucas Fels

Lucas Fels is a cellist born in Lörrach, Germany, in 1962. He was a founding member of the new music [a=ensemble recherche], which has premiered around four hundred works since its foundation in 1985. Fels has taught regularly at different conservatories (Lucerne, Essen, Brno, Lviv) and has lectured at the Darmstädter Ferienkurse since 1998.
