He found himself with a record contract with [l=Cotillion]. In 1987 he replaced [a=Bobby Brown] in [a=New Edition]. Has duetted with [a=Stacy Lattisaw], [a=Shabba Ranks], [a=Roger Troutman] and [a=Shanice]. He has released seven solo albums and one with [a=Stacy Lattisaw].
