Michael Philip Mossman

Born: Oct 12, 1959 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Trumpeter, trombonist and composer has worked with many artists including Anthony Braxton, Roscoe Mitchell, Lionel Hampton, Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers, Toshiko Akiyoshi's Jazz Orchestra, Dizzy Gillespie's United Nation Orchestra, the Philip Morris Superband, and Slide Hampton's Jazz Masters Orchestra. He has also played with the Latin jazz bands of Michel Camilo, Mario Bauza, and Eddie Palmieri.
