Bernie Duggan

Australian musician (piano & piano accordion) - b. Melbourne c.1910 - Studied piano from age 8 and won a scholarship to Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. Worked at a piano factory and also played professionally with various dance bands in 1920s & 1930s. Went New Zealand in Sept. 1936 and returned to Australia in 1938. Played with Theo Walter, Jay Whidden, Roy Fox, Dick Freeman Tom Davidson, etc. in Melbourne 1938-1946.
