The Delltones

Australian band, originally formed in 1958. They started out as a vocal harmony group. In 1962, their single "Get a Little Dirt on Your Hands" was in the top five on the Australian charts. The band was first signed to [a=Lee Gordon]'s record company, [l307656]. In the mid-1980s he transformed the group from a vocal quartet, to a five-piece vocal band. Original members: Noel Weiderberg, Brian Perkins, Warren Lucas and Ian 'Peewee' Wilson. Current lineup: Merv Dick (Vocals, Drums), Woody Finlayson (Vocals, Guitar), Owen Booth (Vocals, Bass Guitar), Ian "Peewee" Wilson (Vocals)
