Michiel Peters

Singer, guitarist and songwriter, born 10 December 1951 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Founding member of [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/9611-The-Nits]The Nits[/url] in 1974, left the band in 1985. Released a solo album, [i]Infant King[/i], in 1989. Michiel Peters contributed together with [a=Henk Hofstede] of [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Nits%2C+The?anv=Nits]Nits[/url] two songs to the album [i]If[/i] (2005) by Swiss composer and keyboardist [a=Simon Ho]. These two songs, [i]Princess Of The Window Sill[/i] and [i]Endless Child[/i], were sung by Michiel and Henk together. As [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Michiel+%26+Alex]Michiel & Alex[/url] he released in 2009 together with [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Alex+Roelofs]Alex Roelofs[/url], also a former member of The Nits, the album [i]The Odd Men Out (On The Poppy Parade)[/i].
