The Sunshine Company

US American sunshine psych pop band from Los Angeles, California. Originally the duo of [a=Mary Nance] and [a=Maury Manseau], the group later added the rhythm section of bassist [a=Larry Sims] and drummer [a=Merle Bregante] and signed to [l=Imperial] Records, releasing their debut album in 1967. They scored three hit singles on the U.S. singles chart over the next two years before disbanding after their third album, 1968's self-titled effort. Sims and Bregante later backed [a=Loggins and Messina].
