Jennifer Bustin

Strathcona String Quartet's founder and first violinist. Born and raised in Edmonton and began her music studies at the age of three in the Talent Education program. At the University of Alberta she completed postgraduate violin studies with Norman Nelson and was concertmaster of the Academy Strings and University Symphony Orchestra. She enhanced her studies further with St. Petersburg's Boris Kipnis and Edmonton's most distinguished violin teacher, James Keene.
