Caroline Peyton

Caroline Peyton was a songwriter, singer and actress. She was born in Brookhaven, MS on October 8, 1951. She died in Nashville on August 11, 2021 of a neurodegenerative disease. She recorded and performed with [a896646] in the early 1970's, recording her first solo album, Mock Up, in 1972 with fellow Screaming Gypsy Bandits [a80474]. Her early albums were reissued later in her life and she returned to recording in 1998 and again in 2014. In 2014, she recorded with [a66089].
