Russell "Russ" Smith was briefly a member of [a23520], playing bass on their [l634] single "[m=702426]" and the [l51167] EP [i][m=368835][/i]; during this time, he was also an "R" in [a12590], although his contribution was limited to the b-side. He co-founded [a55308] in 1988, and in 1993, he joined both [a10349] and [a65697], and has since recorded extensively with the latter. Using the alias "[a433095]", Smith oversaw assembly of the compilations [i][r=3271723][/i], [i][m=209418][/i], and [i][r=1813047][/i]. Having rejoined Terminal Cheesecake in 2010, he has also recently played in [a5195698], and records under the names [a7488364] and [a6200683].
