Elom 20ce

Elom 20ce [i](pronounced Elom Wence, IPA: [əlɔ̃ vɛ̃s])[/i] is a Togolese hip-hop MC born September 19, 1982 in Lomé, Togo, and rapping in French. As a member of the [a=Asrafo Tribu], a collective of hip-hop artists from Togo and Benin, Elom 20ce is the CEO of Independent Togolese hip-hop label [a=Asrafo Records] founded in 2007. He also organizes and facilitates the bi-Monthly ARCTIVISM series in Lomé which places notable African social activists and those of the African diaspora in the focal limelight, while engaging in discourse and musical performances providing an artistic platform for social conscious activists in the capital city. In 2008 he featured on the Asrafo Records released "Rock The Mic Vol. 1" Mix-tape alongside [a=Avénon], [a=Eklin], [a=Bricce] and [a=CK One]. The compilation was well received and was followed by the "Rock The Mic Vol. 2" Mix-tape in 2010. That same year he released his solo debut, an EP titled "Légitime Défense". He released his first full length album "Analgézik" in 2012. The album featured his singles "Éléments", "Le Flambeau", "Lumière" and "Ya Foye!". He has worked with the likes of [a=Oxmo Puccino], [a=Rocé], [a=Sitou Koudadje], [a=Joey le Soldat], [a=Joe Fellaga], [a=Blitz the Ambassador], [a=Modenine] and many more.
