Jules Broussard

Saxophone player born in Marksville, Louisiana in 1937. Perhaps best-known for his work with Santana and Alice Coltrane in the 1970's, he continues to be a mainstay of the San Francisco scene for the last 30 years. He's been in the studio and/or played live with Ray Charles, Boz Scaggs, Van Morrison, Carlos Santana, Earl Grant, Elvin Bishop, and Art Garfunkel.
