Mike Harding is a folk musician and historian from Taranaki, New Zealand. He is also guitarist and vocalist in [a=Gumboot Tango]. For several years he has specialised in performing, recording, researching and promoting New Zealand songs, from early folk ballads to recent rock-and-roll. Along the way, he has unearthed a wealth of locally flavoured material, much of witch is virtually unknown. "When The Pakeha Sings Of Home" enables these songs to be rediscovered, used and enjoyed.
