Ocote Soul Sounds

Founded by Martin Perna in 2001 and released a 45rpm single on Fruitmeat Records began collaborating with Adrian Quesada in 2004 and released "Ocote Soul Sounds and Adrian Quesada: El Niño y El Sol." Shortened group name to "Ocote Soul Sounds" in 2009. The band released four albums on ESL Records and in April 2016 re-released digital versions on the Level One label.
