Ken Tibbetts

Ken Tibbetts was an American bassist, keyboard player and singer. Also credited with playing trumpet. Recorded and toured with many popular blues, jazz, and southern rock groups; most notably James Brown, Greg Allman, The Allman Brothers Band, Dickey Betts & Great Southern, Roy Buchanan, and Lonnie Mack. He retired from music in the late 70’s, and went on to work in the printing business. *25 August 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA †26 August 2012 in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
