[b]American Vocalist[/b] R&B, P-Funk Born: June 18 1951 - Died: October 12, 2017 (Age 66) Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Debbie was one of first female members of [a=Parliament]-[a=Funkadelic] with [a=Jeanette Washington] in 1976. Joined Jeanette and [a=Mahlia Franklin] in [a=Parlet] in 1978. Left the group the same year before the group's first album [m19681] was released. Before leaving in '78, she appeared on most of [a=George Clinton] and Parliament-Funkadelic's biggest hit records including [m15841] (1975).
