Machine Mass

Originally born as a side-project of [a=douBt], Machine Mass started as a duo record project that Tony Bianco and Michel Delville decided to do during one of their trips to Belgium. They decided to involve a guest musician and quickly hired Jordi Grognard, whose contributions immediately earned him the status of a full band member. Bianco came up with the Band's name "Machine Mass" but Delville suggested adding the word "trio" because he thought that some people might get the wrong idea and mistake them for a heavy-metal band. Their first album was then released as [a=Machine Mass Trio]. By the time of their second release with a new third member [a=David Liebman] replacing Jordi Grognard, they were back to the original shorter name Machine Mass.
