Luis Mojica
Luis Mojica is an American pianist, composer, and singer. With a three and half octave vocal range, he creates choral-like harmonies to tell tales of magick, the Earth, death, and, within them, often explores themes of sexuality and gender. Using beat boxing and a loop pedal, Luis pioneers the term "Beat Box Baroque" which marries classical piano melodies and vocal techniques with modern-day hip-hop and pop percussion styles. His music draws from many genres including classical, pop, baroque, hip-hop, & folk. He plays piano, beat boxes, and sings in the legendary cell-based group Rasputina.
