Fatum (4)

Fatum (meaning “Fate”) is a Grammy nominated dance act, originally comprised of four American producers: [a=Bill Hamel], [a=Chad Newbold], [a=Bruce Karlsson], and [a=Daniel Paul Davis]. In 2018, Bill Hamel passed away, shortly after Chad Newbold left the group, so nowdays it works as a duo. Idividually having a significant past in electronic dance music (Bruce notably from the duo [a=Norin & Rad] with [a=Nick Sember], Daniel from [a=Judah (16)] and Bill with his label [l=Sunkissed Records]), these four producers joined forces at the beginning of 2015 to create a musical group. Their goal is by their own words: “work together to produce the highest caliber of dance music”. Within their first 12 months together, Fatum received a Grammy nomination for their remix of [a=Jes (12)]’ “Hold On” which. This pent up demand along with many recent releases and remixes on labels such as [l=Ultra Records], [l=Big Beat], [l=Anjunabeats], [l=Armind], [l=Black Hole Recordings], [l=Ride Recordings (3)]. Those, along with remixes for [a=Armin van Buuren], [a=Above & Beyond], [a=Paul Oakenfold], and [a=Tangerine Dream] and so on.
