Cry Babies

Jacareí based dance-music group, founded in 1959. The group was leaded by drummer Nelsinho Marreli ([a3207308]). Other members were [a2101459] (bassist and musical director), [a=Gilberto Moreira] aka Giba (lead singer) and [a3207312] (percussionist). In those early years [a3031156] was a member of the group too, before embarking on a solo career. In the late 60’s, with a significantly changed staff, the band released some funk-soul recordings. The group has continued its activities to date.
