Former DJ and record label executive from Coventry. Part of the British soul, funk and jazz dance scene in the 1980s. Founded [l=BGP Records] with [a=Gilles Peterson] in 1987. Retired from the music business in the early 1990s when he became a Jehovah's Witness.
