Ingar Helgesen

Norwegian musician, singer, guitarist, technician, arranger and record producer, born 17 October 1943. He has been a technician and record producer for several artists since he started in the industry in the 1970s and has since then worked for studios such as Roger Arnhoff Studio, Hitcompagniet, Fagerborg Studio and Oslo Lydstudio. Ingar Helgesen has worked with artists such as D.D.E., Jokke, Kong Lavring, Stokstad/Jensen Trad.Band, Vazelina Bilopphøggers, Arnold Børud, Hilde Heltberg, Jonas Fjeld and more recent artists such as Staut and Plumbo. He has run Ingar Helgesen Studio production in Asker. In addition to working in the studio as an arranger, technician and producer, in the 1970s he was a guitarist and singer in the vice group Kniplia Pukkverk together with, among others, Stein Ove Berg.
